Return & Refund Policy

At Gloxir, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and customer-friendly return and refund process in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage caused by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked on product page)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@gloxir.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return

Our team will respond with return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Gloxir will cover the return shipping costs.

Large furniture items may require scheduled pickup by a logistics partner.

4. Inspection & Approval

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect its condition. We will notify you within 5–7 business days whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos showing:

  • Product damage

  • Packaging condition

  • Shipping label

We will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement

  • Repair (if applicable)

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges depending on stock availability.
Contact support@gloxir.com to check if the item you want is in stock.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
    You may start a return after delivery.

9. Large Furniture Returns

For oversized or heavy items (beds, wardrobes, sofas, etc.):

  • Pickup must be scheduled in advance.

  • Items must be disassembled (if applicable) and repackaged securely.

  • A handling fee may apply depending on courier policies.
