At Gloxir, we aim to provide reliable, transparent, and timely delivery for all furniture orders within Europe regions. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

European Union (EU) Countries:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Large Furniture Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on size and location)

Non-EU European Countries:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Large Furniture Delivery: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Delivery destination

  • Shipping method selected

Some oversized furniture items may require additional handling fees.

4. Delivery Appointments for Large Furniture

For larger items (such as beds, wardrobes, sofas), the courier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the chosen time.

  • Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees charged by the courier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can track the status of your shipment at any time until it arrives at your location.

6. Delivery Address Requirements

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address, including building number, floor, and door code (if applicable).

  • Gloxir is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@gloxir.com.

We will assist with replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For customers of Non-EU European Countries:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges.

  • These fees are charged by your local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.

9. Changes to Your Order or Address

If you need to modify your order or shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
